October Home delivered Upple competition T&C’s

• Entry is only open to Australian residents who are aged 18 years or over.
• Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, participating suppliers and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
• Immediate family includes a spouse, child or step-child, parent, step-parent, grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
• Entries open on the 22nd of September 2021 and closes at 5:59pm on Wednesday 3 Nov 5pm. Winner announced Friday 5 Nov. This is stated as the Promotion Period.
• To enter on Facebook, entrants must, during the Promotion Period:
• Locate the competition post hosted on the Upple Facebook page. In the Post Comments, the entrant should comment to share with us an apple photo, recipe or short story about their favorite way to eat apples.
• To enter on Instagram, entrants must, during the Promotion Period:
• Publish a new Instagram Photo to their own Instagram profile featuring their favorite way to eat Apples. To be a valid entry they must tag @uppledaily to their photo to signal this post as their entry.
• There will be 2 winners chosen. One winner for Brisbane and a 2nd winner for Sydney.
• Valid entries will be judged on the basis of their relevance and creativity and judging will be conducted by Upple.
• Winner will be chosen on Friday 5 November 2021
• Upple will comment on the winning entry, in either Facebook or Instagram to notify the winner, as well as seek to open a private message with the winner for confirmation.
• It is the responsibility of the winner to check back on the post to determine if they are the winner, and to send a private message to Upple containing their contact details and delivery address of the recipient within 1 week of the Promoter’s post which announces the winner.
• For privacy reasons, the Promoter will not contact the winner by private message first to notify them of their winning entry. If for any reason a winner does not contact the Promoter to provide their details within the time stated above, then the prize or that part of the prize will be forfeited.
• Cash will not be awarded in lieu of that prize or part of that prize.
• In the case of any unclaimed prizes, the Promoter may choose to judge additional entries allowing the winner 1 week to claim their prize.
• Each winner will win the following prize(s): 1x home delivered Upple variety pack.
• The Promoter retains the right to substitute or change any prize with a prize or prizes of equal or greater value (including where a prize is unavailable).
